Aborigines

There is an article in the International Herald Tribune about how the Australian government is going to crack down on child sex abuse amongst the Aborigines. Howard, the prime minister, has banned the use of alcohol and porn amongst the Aborigines and Aborigines only. However, you will read in this article that it is also white folks who are raping Aborigine kids. Whites, however, are not banned from using alcohol or porn, just the darkies.

Howard is also going to have FORCIBLY checked ALL Aborigine children under the age of 16 for sexual abuse. Notice that he isn't having any of the white or other non-Aboriginal folks children FORCIBLY checked. Not only with this traumatize these children, it also sends a very important message, "Your darky bodies do not belong to you, they belong to the state."

And, of course, let's not mention that child sex abuse was brought to the Aborigines by the whites and their churches especially.

Anybody who knows anything about imperial colonialist governments knows they don't really give a shit about these darky kids. So, in order to invest the millions necessary to carry out this violation of human rights, there has to be some sort of capital gain for the state or its corporate owners. In other words, besides stealing the humanity of the Aborigines, what else are they stealing? Land? Resources? Slave Labor?

Most child sexual abuse happens in the home. It happens in whitey homes as well as the homes of other non-Aborigine folks down there. The only difference between the Aborigines and the folks that occupy their land is that...it is all legally their land.

Something does need to be done about child sexual abuse in ALL communities. This aint the way to do it. If alcohol and porn were responsible for people raping children, my father would have been raping me until I was 14. My father never raped me but he drank a lot and liked looking at porn.

However, all the money that should go into effective social programs is needed by wealthy millionaires and billionaires. Lord knows they can never have enough.

Any suggestions out there?
