BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!

A handful of folks in Lewiston, ID were arrested after not only beating an Indian girl, but after harassing her and her mother. They were often heard yelling "White Power."

Here is what cracks me up:

'“We haven’t been aware of any white supremacy groups in the area. I don’t believe there any here. I believe they are people who have come to community and decided to commit crimes,” Lewiston Police Lt. Tom Greene said.

This is the second hate crime to strike the small community in less than a month. In August, two men, one with a swastika tattoo, were arrested for shoving then chasing an African American man around the gas station parking lot.'

Okay, folks, this is Idaho, former home to the Aryan Brotherhood and many other white racist groups. Maybe it's true that these folks aren't "organized," as it were, but they are definitely present. These folks in the photo don't exactly look like brain-trusts. They may be smart, but I'm gonna put my money on stupid. And if stupidity and violence are the best things white folks have to offer the world, I would suggest you all look for some other cultural construct that might warrant some respect.

There is not much of a cultural difference in violence. I know of violent folks in pretty much all nationalities and all classes. Being violent isn't setting whitey apart from anyone. In fact, if violence is superiority, I'd have to say the Burmese Military is superior to these folks, and they aren't white. The U.S. military could be defined as "superior" in terms of violence as well, but they have yet to defeat a group of greatly lesser armed resistance and get them to submit to what is ultimately "whitey rule" in the middle east. Mind you, lots of non-whities in the U.S. military, which makes me think of "Operation Human Shield" form "South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut."

Whitey Is On the Job!

A young woman, 16-year-old Pleajhai Mervin, drops a piece of birthday cake at Knight High School in Palmdale, CA, and Whitey is on the job. As you can see in the photos, Whitey has jumped the young woman, even calling her "nappy head" which she didn't know was a RACIST term. Whitey even BREAKS HER WRIST! Turns out that Whitey was upset with Pleajhai because after her third time of cleaning up the cake off of the floor, it wasn't done to Whitey's liking, and therefore punishment had to be administered so the "nappy head" would remember her place.

Then, as you can see in the other photos, Whitey assaults the kids taking pictures and videos using their cell phones because WHITEY ALSO HATES WITNESSES TO THEIR CRIMES! and deals with them accordingly.

Now here is the great part:

"In an even more shocking development the security guards later had the mother of the girl arrested after she sought out an attorney and demanded that the guard be arrested, telling her that if she wanted the guard detained then she herself would also be charged with battery after she allegedly pushed the guard and an assistant principal of the school. She has also been suspended from her job at another school in the county."

Let's see, a paid for profit Whitey, attacks a young black woman for dropping a piece of birthday cake at her high school and breaks her wrist. The young womans mother then, and rightly so, demands the arrest of said Whitey, only to be arrested herself and the high school IS COMPLICIT in her arrest. The mother has been suspended without pay from her job WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT!

What if the security guard were Black and the victims were white? What do you think would happen then?

People like to think racism is gone, because if they think that way, they won't have to face justice for the racism that actually is still rampant in this alleged nation. People of color know otherwise because this, like Jena and so many others, is not an isolated incident.

To the best of my knowledge, Whitey is STILL ON THE JOB protecting the floor from any other violations from, well, let's be honest here, ...from tiny young Black Women easily dominated by Whitey's horrific brutal mass.

Keep in mind, folks, people like these are in all of our high schools. And, I'm sure if there was an ACTUAL investigation into security firms specifically in high schools, let alone the rest of them, I think you may just find that these folks OFTEN ABUSE THEIR AUTHORITY, and just like the Catholic Church loves covering for pedophiles, I'm sure the various school districts will cover for these folks like they are doing for these Whitey's right now.

Murdering MIddle Easterners Is Profitable!

Imagine a person walks into a croded mall, opens fire with an automatic weapon, kills maybe a dozen people or so. Would you award that person a mall security contract?

Turns out if you murder Middle Easterners, strike terror into the hearts of Middle Easterners, commit torture and rape of Middle Easterners, you could make MILLIONS, just like Blackwater.

One thing that strikes me as odd and nonsensical is that folks think this is unusual for the United States to be so criminal and murderous. When one really studies history, one realizes that the U.S. has been like that since the beginning. I think it is time it is stopped, and under the current conditions, I think it will wind up dying of a heart attack on its own. Co-King George has been good for something, I guess. I didn't have to be this way, but that brutal genocidal maniac has brought it to this poing.

Somtimes I'm Just Filled With Hate

I was talking with my friend, Blackfoot Solicitor General James Craven, yesterday morning. I told him I had heard about the approximate $2 billion payout by the Canadian government for its role in the genocide of the Indians in their illegally occupied territories.

He told me of how my adoptive Blackfoot dad accepted the payout because he is so poor. Part of the reason he is so poor is because of illegal confiscation of his livestock by the illegal occupational government currently known as Canada. He, of course, was coerced into signing a document stating there will be no future litigations coming from him, otherwise he doesn't get the money. You see, just like the illegal occupiers to the South, Canada refuses to take responsibility for their actions. Why should they?! They have the military might to force impoverished nations (impoverished by the Canadian government) to do what they want them to or pay the price.

I have talked with my daughter, Felicia about taking responsibility for her actions. She's done some stupid and mean (though not realizing how mean it was at the time of her actions) things. She blamed others. I made sure she learned that it was not others who are responsible for the actions or inactions she has taken, it is hers, and she had to fix them!

The illegal government in the occupied territories of Canada doesn't want to take responsibility because taking the responsibility and facing actual justice for GENOCIDE is a pretty big thing. Afterall, Nazi's were hanged for the crime and some of them did absolutely no killing.

Jim also told me of a woman who was raped and tortured for 7 years by the Church of Canada. 7 YEARS! She was given $10,000 dollars for her torture and repeated rapes as a child by good christian folks. But wait, it wound up being $3,000 because they lawyers had to get their cut.

You know...sometimes I am just filled with hate...give me a reason not to be...

Starwalker and Yeti

While at KBOO doing phone shifts, I got a call shortly before noon from Shusli telling me that Suzette, Eli's girlfriend, had miscarried. Suzette had a dream message sent to her, a kind of premonition, that I won't detail here.

Shusli's son, Eli, and his girlfriend, Suzette, are...well...I guess I don't really have to explain, but they are grief stricken.

I got up this morning at 1:30am, to find Rhonda still awake and the above piece of art in honor of our little grandson who decided not to join us, Starwalker, and our kitty, Yeti.

I don't want to write anymore about this.

Yeti Passed Away on the Harvest Moon, Super Moon 9-26-07

Yeti, our great and glorious spirit kitty has passed away. Shusli has written a wonderful poem for the crazy creature on her blog.

Shusli told me one of the kitties had peed in my laundry basket. She also told me Yeti had seen someone walking down the street and ran to the fence to get some attention earlier.

After reading blogs and checking e-mails, I grabbed my laundry basket and headed for the hose where Yeti was laying. Yeti had a habit of just flopping wherever he danmed well pleased, so this didn't surprise me until I saw a fly on his face and he wasn't moving.

We had a beautiful ceremony for his huge carcass and buried him in the back yard.

This was one of my favorite pics of the guy, shortly after he was shaved. Rhonda and I were thinking of giving him back to the HS because of the massive amounts of hair and kitty litter all over. I called the day she was to take him back and she no longer wanted to. I said we'd be putting up with hair and a dirty floor, so she took him and had him shaved. According to the groomer, he was an 8 and a scale of 10 for cats who fight being shaved. However, he soon liked the new do and started cleaning himself and soon was bringing us cabbage leaves and rose petals.

We have many good stories about this crazy cat. He chose to leave us on the eve of the Harvest Moon, a Super Moon, whatever that is.

We went for a walk, sung and danced under the moon in the city of Portland, came home and our door was open. I immediately headed in and started checking rooms when Alia came running out of one, then another black cat came running out of another.

Life is pretty weird today!

Catching Up on the Insanity

First, I would like to say it is good that there was no terrorist act in the U.S. It is not good that there probably were in other countries this time that Shusli and I have been getting married and such. Catching up on the insanity since our marriage this last weekend has been quite the OVERWHELMING chore.

Rhonda has been given a new name, as stated in a previous post. Her name is Shusli Cedutna, Spring Thunder. It was given to her by her family at the Agnes Powwow at the spot where the CCC forced her grandfather to take a bulldozer and push the sweat houses from the land and into Foster Creek.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was in the states recently, and causing quite a stir, well, being part of an orchestrated stir in the drumbeat for using any excuse to slaughter the Iranian populace for King Dick and co-King Georege, the Genocidal Duo, and their corporate owners. I really think it is funny how people are getting worked up about his stance on gays in his nation...HELLO! STUPID FUCKING AMERICANS! SINCE WHEN HAS ANY U.S. PRESIDENT GIVEN A SHIT ABOUT GAYS IN THIS NATION!? The leadership in this nation still considers gays to be immoral. HELLO! Jesus fuck! Going to war with Iran over their stance on gays would be like how the U.S. used Afghanistan's treatment of women as an excuse to kill a large number of them and others...AND NOTHING HAS FUCKING CHANGED! Jesus fuck! How'd y'all get so FUCKING STUPID!?

OK...Nike has made a shoe specifically designed for Indians. You see, I guess Phil...OK, let me give you a little background on how I feel about Phil Knight before I proceed:

A couple of Catholic activists went to Indonesia to try to get a job in one of Phil's factories. Unable to do so, they decided to live in the slums of the factory workers on the same wages they were getting. I believe the man lost 32 pounds and almost died once, the woman lost 26 pounds. We could call this "The Phil Knight Diet." Armed with this information, Phil Knight REFUSED to see them or discuss their findings with them. Can you say COLD HEARTED SON OF A BITCH! ...I knew that you could.

Nike folks looked at the feet of some 200 Indian folks (Mixed bloods, full bloods, who are these Indian folks) and designed this shoe (please google search this article, the link is way too long). Seems Nike is concerned about the rampant obesity problem in Indian communities, kinda like they are concerned about the conditions of their workers. They allegedly are concerned about Indian health. And the shoe wholesales for $42.80 which means it will cost probably well over $100 and will be sold exclusively to Indians with some of the proceeds going to help Native Health Programs.

You ever been to Pine Ridge Indian Reservation? Folks there are so poor they are starving at the end of every month. It isn't because they aren't pulling themselves up by their bootstraps, it's because the American Government has its boot on the throat of their economy and FORCES them to live in poverty. Do you think they're gonna be able to afford this STUPID FUCKING SHOE! The only Indian folks gonna be able to afford this shoe will be Tribal Council Folks.

Here is my theory as to why Indians are so fat these days. The U.S. government in order to beat us into the ground and more, destroyed and continues to destroy the foods we ate traditionally. This is called Genocide (article 2c). In the initial stages of our full on oppression, Indians were often starved. Foods sent to keep us alive were often stolen by non-Indian Indian Agents. There was no oversight because, like usual, the U.S. government wants us to die off and thus solve their "persistent Indian problem." Under the psychological conditions of genocide when starvation is used as a tool, it becomes somewhat genetic to want to hoard, usually hoarding within ones own body when one has plenty to eat, like nowadays. Add into this that the U.S. designed a forced diet for us Indians of commodities, foods high in fat and low in nutrition.

Depression also leads to poor health choices, and aint a whole lot more depressing than having suffered at the genocidal hands of the U.S. government.

What Indians could use as far as health goes is:

GET THE U.S. BOOT OFF THE NECK OF OUR ECONOMIES SO WE CAN HAVE REAL SOVEREIGNTY!

Put some nutritional food in them commodities.

Fund dietician programs on the rez as well as train Indians to be dieticians.

Shit like that would help, but it AINT GONNA HAPPEN.

So you see...Ain't no fuckin' shoe gonna help with the Indian obesity problem, especially an unaffordable thing created by Phil Knight in sweat shops in Indonesia and elsewhere.

Oh, by the way, there are more military exercises coming up in October. Keep your heads up, King Dick really wants a terrorist attack excuse to get folks behind a genocidal attack on Iran so he can steal their resources also. However, if they can't find a kinda legitmate excuse, they'll make one up. Like maybe "Mahmoud doesn't respect the rights of gays, therefore we have to slaughter as many Iranian civilians as possible to show our displeasure. And while we're at it...Might as well steal their resources also!

Woodpecker

Shusli and I got ready late in the day on Saturday and we arrived at the Yoncalla sundance grounds at dark. We set up our tent and got all the stuff into it thinking it may rain. However, the clouds cleared off and it got extremely cold that night. Made us wonder how the folks on the hill were doing.

When we greeted Tim, our officiator, the next morning, we saw a bird fly across camp. That bird was a woodpecker. Tim mentioned to Rhonda that he knew the woodpecker was sacred to her people, which made Rhonda beam with the fact that he knew this.

Rhonda and I drove back to the freeway and set up paperplate signs for folks to get to the place.

When we got back, Bernie was off of the hill, if I remember the time sequences correctly, and I'm not sure that I do. Let's see if I can do the math correctly. Tim is married to Gogi and Bernie is one of her sons. I had met Bernie before, but was unaware that he was Gogi's son.

We were asked for the things we prepared for our altar, and off I headed back to the freeway to guide in Rhonda's daughter, Rachel. On the way out, I noticed that all of our signs had been taken down, but not only that, I noticed one sign had been set up to misdirect folks away from our wedding. I guided Rachel all the way to camp then drove back to find any folks who may have followed the sign when I noticed Roxanna pulling off of the freeway. I got her and her kids and Felicia directed to camp and noticed that not only was their one sign misdirecting, but the fella who did that took the rest of our signs to misdirect folks even further. I took them all down and drove around to see if I could find anyone who was lost, but did not. This angered me quite a bit as we expected a few folks from Portland besides my sister. It's one thing to take down the signs, but pretty mean to misdirect folks as well.

Back at camp, I found not only my sister and family, but also found Lisa Loving, David Lichtenstein, and their kids, James and Lela. Leas Averill and his son Brian were there as well. Ernie and Erica came down from Portland as well. As I was greeting and making sure everyone out of town made it OK, we were called to load the pipe. After the pipe was loaded, Rhonda and the women who wanted to went into the sweat. I got myself ready to sweat and David Lichtenstein volunteered to sweat with us. It was me, Tim, and David, and the first time David sweated in a ceremonial fashion. I really appreciated David coming in there with us.

Tim asked me to think of Rhonda and I, old, a few less teeth, completely gray hair, wrinkled skin, still holding hands and looking into each others eyes with the Love we feel for each other now. This was not at all difficult for me, as I have been doing that off and on for quite awhile already.

Coming out, I found Rhonda and her best friend Sheila getting ready for the wedding in our tent. Soze you all know, we are not superstitious about seeing each other before the wedding, and we even helped each other get ready. I chose Lisa and David to be my witnesses, Rhonda chose her daughter Rachel, and her best friend Sheila. Everyone was told to go to the Sundance arbor and the wedding parties headed down there shortly there after.

Our altar was set up in the arbor, our colored sticks set up in the four directions, the big sticks set up with our flags in the four directions, a buffalo robe with cedar pointing to the four directions.

We stood on the robe as Tim passed on our instructions. We were married with the pipe and our feather. Tim wrapped our blanket around us, "Coyote and the Huckleberry Sisters." Lots of crying was going on. During the ceremony, however, we could hear the woodpecker call as well as poking holes into a tree. After the ceremony, the wedding party sat around and smoked the pipe, and off we went a feasting.

Rhonda had prepared much wonderful food; several pans of lasagna, buffalo, squash, salads, wonderful pies and a cobbler, etc. As well as the camp had their food to add into the whole feast. Lisa Loving brought some cupcakes, and all was good in the world. We were greeted with much Love from all the folks present.

We then did our giveaway, giving special gifts to a few people, and then laying out many items on a blanket for others to enjoy. It took a while for them all to be nabbed up.

At ceremonies, we don't ask for presents, we do giveaways as a sign of appreciation to those who came to partake in the ceremony or bear witness.

So, Shusli and I had our ceremony on a Sundance grounds, in the arbor, with four folks still on the hill and one who came down and bore witness, with groups of friends who drove down from Portland and Shusli's daughter, Rachel, on a buffalo robe used to cut and pierce the dancers, with the sacred Woodpecker there to bear witness. Folks...there is NO adequate way to describe our most beautiful union ceremony.

Here I wish to give great praise to a few folks. First, Tim Labato, who performed the ceremony for us and is a long time friend to the Fry family, Shusli's family. They met many years ago when he was asked to do the crossing over ceremony for her grandfather. Tim and I met at the Hornsbrook Sundance, the last Sundance that Martin High Bear officiated, where Tim was the man who cut me. We didn't see each other again for another 11 years, shortly after Rhonda and I first met, at our first Tipi meeting together (where we were often cuddling under the same blanket). Later, we talked and I found out that Tim was the man who cut me all those years ago.

Gogi, Tim's wife, I met more recently. This woman is so awesome. I don't know how to explain her presence more than that. She is always laughing and filled with humor and Love for her fellow human beings.

Lisa Loving! When I became homeless for a day (I still had a job, just no home to speak of), Lisa Loving volunteered her home for me to live in. We had known each other for years via KBOO and I had always admired her work. Suddenly, without knowing me all too well, she invites me to live with her and David and their kids. It was a wonderful experience. When Shusli and I needed our own spaces for a bit, Lisa immediately opened her door for me to live there again, and again, without question. She helped me through many a rough spot, and David and their kids are absolutely wonderful folks. If you don't know them, you should.

Leas and Brian are also KBOO folks. Leas was the publisher for my one and only book of poetry. It did my heart well to see this man, who is ALWAYS busy, much busier than me, to take the time out of his busy life to come to our ceremony. Thank you Leas and Brian.

It was really good to see Bernie again. I had forgotten that he and Andrew don't live all that far from us. All of the above folks, and more, Shusli and I plan on creating closer relationships with in the years that pass.

Felicia and Rachel, our daughters. Felicia is an awesome young not quite a woman. Although her and I have started butting heads recently, she is one awesome kid. Rachel and her boyfriend, Louis, may wind up living with us for a while. I have always admired Rhonda's...Shusli's kids. Rachel is full of life and it is great to see her happy in a relationship that is obviously beautiful. I hope they don't mind the squeaking floor at horrific hours as I'm getting ready for work!

I really want to say that I Love Shusli so much that you all can't imagine. I have Loved her for so long and each day it seems our Love is growing. We make a great Revolutionary team together. She is kind and Loving and FIERCE in her fighting for what she knows is right. And, as on into the future of our old age, we hold hands, look into each others eyes, and share an expression of Love that I pray all of you get to experience if you don't already.

Not Much Time

I haven't had much time since being back to write nor to post some of the pictures I would love to get on my photos blog. I just haven't had time.

Rhonda and I are still getting ready for the wedding and tonight, a friend of mine will be taking me out for a pint.

Our experiences this weekend at the powwow were amazing. See Rhonda's post on her blog. We sill most likely be working with some of her relatives on pulling this particular tiny powwow together next year. There are some politics to be dealt with and peace to be made, but it will indeed all work out well, I can tell already.

On "Mitakuye Oyasin," we play a piece by performance artist, Robert Greygrass, where he plays a man, Tyee John. The battle he talks about with the empire 150 years ago took place where we had the powwow. Rhonda and I went to the trenches, where the soldiers were pushed back to. She told me of the man who was lowered down the cliff who ran to get reinforcements. They overtook the Indians and put them on their death march. That mans name was Foster, and his name is attached to the creek where we camped. What is it with you Americans and your blood lust and you SICK Love for genocidal maniacs?

"Run to the Rogue," is like a reverse trail of tears put on by the Siletz every year. We went to where they ended that and talked with a few folks. One woman was describing how during the American Forced Death March, that people were not allowed to look back or they would be killed. Your kid fell, you couldn't look back because they would kill you.

Another woman told us of how the Indians were kept on an island in the ocean for weeks in hopes that they would die, but instead, they killed seals on the other side and drank their blood and sustained their lives.

Rhonda talks of how Indians, her folks, were held in open pens at Port Orford for weeks, again, in hopes that they would just die off and thus solve Americas "persistent Indian problem" ("Jewish question" to the Nazi's).

I must say it was nice being out where there is no artificial lights. It has been years. I Love the dark. You can really see the stars. I really Love being with Rhonda, and we grew more together during this time.

Being back in the city is frustrating and angering and we may be moving soon if Shusli Chudutna gets a job she has been interviewing for. In that case, we will be living between both our ancestral homelands, the Rogue River and the Umpqua River.

One thing kept occurring to me over and over during our journey and since. I have been told many times to "just get over it," "it," being, of course, the horrific genocide of my peoples. I don't believe people know what they are asking. So, I have a tendency to ask them, "Get over what?" I have YET to find an asshole that asks me that question who is willing or knowledgeable enough to answer that. What they are REALLY saying is, "I don't want to have to pay for the crimes my ancestors committed or their crimes that I am currently benefitting from that they committed, which is also a crime. I just want you to accept all these crimes as the situation you are forced to live under now and I don't want you to have justice because that may effect me and what I possess that is stolen from you or others." Another thing folks say is to "get over" our "victim mentality." Why would we feel like victims? If we're victims, who is the perceived perpetrator? What did this perpetrator do for us to think we are victims?

Makah Show, 9-13

"Mitakuye Oyasin," the Makah Whaling show, went off pretty damned well.

In order of appearance, we have: Arrigon Starr, John Talley (not at mic), Rhonda Baseler, David Liberty, Louis Sosa (not at mic), Richard Ullum (engineer), and Me. Hopefully Stella's picture showed up, but as I'm writing this thing, the technology isn't behaving.

My favorite parts of the show where Stella and her boyfriend talking about the Makah whaling from Makah and Tulalip points of view.

However, someone called in and asked that we have a point of view from the alleged environmental side. As David Liberty was quick to point out, we are the environmentalists. It wasn't us that have made the whales and salmon almost extinct. I stated that I would never have Paul Watson on my show, as the caller suggested. I hate the rotten bastard. I said I would have one of his crew members if they are allowed to talk. Well, a former crew member called. He wasn't against the Makah whaling either. He said he agreed with my assessment of the megalomaniac, Paul Watson. He said Paul Watson is a heavy self-promoter.

As well, the great Maire Cullen called in and expressed her point of view as well as gave us an important 9-11 rememberance message as it has been 358 years since Cromwell slaughtered every man, woman, child, and beast, within the walls of the town of Drogheda in Ireland.

Expect a Terrorist Attack, 9-14 Friday

The U.S. Air Force is doing a stand down tomorrow, 9-14, Friday. Some 100,000 folks will stand down in the Air Force with King Dick at the helm of all operations. I found a link with five links to articles on that subject, several of them military, and all of them are now offline. ALL OF THEM!

King Dick, and his co-King George, The Genocidal Duo, want a war so bad with Iran, like with Operation Northwoods (never enacted), they want an excuse to slaughter hundreds of thousands, if not MILLIONS of folks to steal their resources. A nice terrorist attack would be a good excuse, and making the U.S. an easier target by having over 100,000 folks participate in a stand down tomorrow just may open the window for a terrorist attack in this nation and a sweet excuse for our kings to start the slaughter. Hope I'm wrong. Hope Saturday comes and all my suspicions are bullshit. But this is the Genocidal Duo we're talking about. Evil will stop at nothing.

Oil Prices on the Rise

Oil prices are holding at around $80 a barrell, up from $72 last year. Although fluctuating a little downward, some analysts are saying that there is no where to go but up. Armed with this knowledge, what do you think the Bush administration needs to do in order to keep oil prices down and the American public absolutely STUPID? I believe this ADDS to the possibility of slaughtering as many Iranians as possible so the U.S. can walk in and steal their oil, which, of course, won't be all that easy, which of course, means further economic collapse in the U.S.

Add that in with the fact that Venezuela is an ally with Iran and they are a major oil producing nation and they have threatened to cut off oil to the U.S. should they illegally slaughter Iranians to steal their resources, and suddenly, by accident, 6 nuclear warheads were flown from South Dakota to Louisiana. Hmmm!

Add that with the fact that the co-King George has said he refuses to take nukes off of the table in the alleged war on terror, the actual war to steal everything for the U.S. ultra-elite, and people are not only speculating that King Dick and co-King George are going to use those weapons on Iran, but quite possibly Venezuela.

Drogheda, 11 Sept 1649

On 20 June 1649, after the suppression of the Leveller mutinies, the House of Commons appointed Oliver Cromwell Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland and commander-in-chief of the army that was to be sent there. Through July and August, Cromwell made meticulous preparations for the expedition. Colonel Jones' victory at Rathmines on 2 August enabled Cromwell to land unopposed in Ireland and to occupy Dublin, where he arrived on 15 August with 12,000 experienced troops and a formidable artillery train. The King's lord lieutenant, the Marquis of Ormond, fell back to the north. He was unable to muster an army strong enough to challenge the English invaders in battle so dispersed his troops to garrison key towns. Cromwell immediately marched against Drogheda, a prosperous town at the mouth of the River Boyne, 30 miles up the coast from Dublin and a key strategic strongpoint for advancing into Ulster.

Ormond appointed the Royalist veteran Sir Arthur Aston governor of Drogheda with a garrison of 2,000 foot and 300 horse. The town was protected by a 20-foot high wall punctuated by twenty-nine guard towers. Aston boasted that "he who could take Drogheda could take Hell," so he felt confident in refusing the summons to surrender when Cromwell arrived before Drogheda on 10 September. The Royalist plan was to play for time, hoping that the Parliamentarian army would eventually become weakened and ineffective through disease and attrition. Cromwell was also aware of this possibility and wasted no time in deploying his siege guns. With a squadron of Parliamentarian warships blockading the harbour, Cromwell's artillery immediately began bombarding the walls of Drogheda, concentrating their fire on the south side near the church of St. Mary's. By the following day the walls were breached. Cromwell ordered an assault, intending to gain St. Mary's church as a foothold into the town. The assault began on the evening of 11 September but did not go according to plan. The breach was too small to allow the Parliamentarian horse to enter and the infantry who succeeded in fighting their way into the town met with fierce resistance. Twice the Parliamentarians were thrown back from the walls with great loss of life. Cromwell himself led a third assault and succeeded in holding the breach until Colonel Ewer came up with reinforcements. As the full force of the Parliamentarian army poured through the breach, the defenders were overwhelmed. The church and surrounding entrenchments were seized and the Royalists made a fighting retreat back to the fortifications at Mill Mount. Cromwell, in a furious passion, ordered that no quarter was to be granted to the defenders of Drogheda. The Parliamentarian army swept through the town, slaughtering officers and soldiers. The Royalist governor Sir Arthur Aston was bludgeoned to death with his own wooden leg, which the soldiers believed to be filled with gold coins. Catholic priests and friars were treated as combatants and killed on sight. Many civilians died in the carnage. A group of defenders who had barricaded themselves in St Peter's church in the north of the town were burned alive when the Parliamentarians set fire to the church. Around 3,500 people died in the storming of Drogheda; many of those who survived were transported to Barbados. Parliamentarian losses were around 150.

Cromwell regarded the massacre at Drogheda as a righteous judgment on the Catholics who had slaughtered the Protestant settlers in the Irish Uprising of 1641. This view was shared by most English and Scottish Protestants. According to the conventions of 17th century warfare, a besieged city that refused a summons to surrender and was then taken by storm could expect no mercy. Despite the massacre of its defenders, Drogheda was not regarded as an atrocity at the time. However, it has lived on in Irish folk memory, making Cromwell's name into one of the most hated in Irish history.

Institutionalized Racism and the Makah Whale Hunt

This nation was founded by wealthy white men for wealthy white men. Only propertied white males could vote. When James Madison was asked about his "We the people," he stated that "We the people" meant "We" the wealthy white male elite. James also referred to those who were not members of the "wealthy white male elite" as "beasts." The declaration of independence and the U.S. constitution are based upon the ideals of "wealthy white male elites" looking out for their own interests. Some were slavers, some were genocidal maniacs, and all of them were sexist and racist.

When one touts the ideals of the founding fathers, as I often hear tossed around nowadays, you are touting a system whose ideals were set in place for the exclusive benefit of wealthy white males.

This has culminated in many struggles for equality which some exist to this day, but equality under the system of wealthy white males.

People do not believe this system to be racist now because many folks of all colors have embraced this system of alleged governance. As Ed Edmo said in a poem, "In the great American melting pot, everything is supposed to melt white." Many believe that this is a sign that this system works. I believe that this is a sign that people want to eat, and in order to eat in this dominator culture that kills anything everything that doesn't bow before it, one has to play along to stay alive.

This system was created by genocide and force. This system is an empire, an empire being a nation that has to steal the resources of other nations to maintain its status quo. To tout those ideals is also to tout the ideals of racism, supremacy, forms of slavery, sexism, elitism, classism, etc. You also beat, raped, tortured, and murdered our children in order to make us, the least of the lesser races conform to your "ideals."

That said, this nation created many treaties between indigenous nations. The Makah have a treaty, which means they are a nation.

Throughout the years through the continued genocide of indigenous peoples (not to forget the other races of folks you all fucked around, but we'll just stick with the Makah since you are all still TOO CHICKENSHIT to spout your racist bullshit here) this nation has illegally and forcefully CRUSHED indigenous nations into subservience to the nation state. We don't get on our knees before the master and start sucking his dick, he'll bend us over and fuck us in the ass.

Some of the ways this great nation formed itself has been through the destruction of indigenous food sources since we wanted to continue to live under our terms and not your colonialist, racist, sexist, genocidal terms. You all (and I do mean you all because all of you racist fucks who spout your shit on the Seattle PI ARE ideologically the same as Dick and George, Suharto, Saddam, Pinochet, etc., which makes you part in parcel as genocidal without the military might, or course) had to slaughter the buffalo, salmon, camas, gardens, etc., which you decimated in order to gain control over the indigenous folks of this nation. Control their food, control the people. You did this! Indians didn't do this. You did!

You see, legally, using international, federal, and Indian law, this is still our land. The U.S. constitution states "treaties are the supreme law of the land." When a treaty is broken, conditions return to what they were prior to the signing of the treaty. So, ALL of the U.S. is an occupied territory, legally speaking. So the worst of all the races has to be the race whose land you occupy because if these uppity Red Niggers stand up and try to take something back, that is a direct challenge to your illegal empire, and that can't be accepted.

So, when the Makah challenge your ideals, you all start attacking with your racist bullshit. Why? Because you don't possess the military might to get them to conform to YOUR rules. It's not because you care about whales. You could give a shit about whales.

You see, you don't shout so loudly about the Norwegians whaling. Why aren't you calling them "Norse Niggers" and challenging their manhood and culture like you do the Makah. Because it isn't whales you are concerned about. It is dominance and mastery over a people whose land you occupy who still refuse to live under your ballsack. It has nothing to do with whales. The Japanese you could call "Nip Niggers" but you don't. You say absolutely nothing about the indigenous Russians. You don't say anything about the Inuit, but they aren't on the mainland. You all don't care about whales (those of you who are anti-Makah). You never have, and you never will. Otherwise you'd scream just as passionately about industrial trawlers, military and industrial pollutants in the ocean, etc. This environmental damage does more to kill whales than the Makah. But this is part of YOUR civilization. Your civilization being the end all and be all of humanity, right. The Makah whaling, ulike our religions, is not something you can steal from us indigenous folks, it's not something you, those who consider themselves the end all and be all of humanity, can make a profit off of. Thus, what the Makah are doing is challenging your DOMINANCE over them as an indgenous group that you, Americans, believe you have the RIGHT to dominate. Of course you don't have to answer for the crimes of genocide against their people. You have so many excuses not to do that, especially the one where you consider yourselves SUPERIOR (racist) against whole groups of people. You are "civilized" and we indigenous folks are not. Since an indigenous group of folks are reclaiming a piece of who they are, a piece you cannot dominate, it upsets you.

How did you gain such authority to dictate what is and isn't right, who does and doesn't get to live?

How did you gain the authority, such as you, David, to tell others how they get to enact their traditions without ever dealing with the genocidal destruction imposed by you and your folks (in the case of non-Indians) that continues to this day (auto genocide in the case of Indians)?

How do you measure which species get to live and die, and if humans get to die, why aren't you the first ones to be jumping off of bridges to prove the conviction behind your allegations? See, like in the case with Iranians, and currently with Iraqis, there isn't much care about those folks being slaughtered by the millions as say, about a whale being LEGALLY taken. So you folks obviously don't give a shit about human life...BUT WAIT...that is non-american life. Those are other races. They aren't your friends. They aren't your family. If you are such a "speciesist" as you allege, then why aren't you out in the streets murdering all the humans that are part of the consumer culture, of which you and I are as well, and then killing yourself? Why is it that other races have to die, but not you all here?

Here's One that'll Get Comments

The Makah have harpooned and shot a whale yesterday.

According to the articles I've read (here's a link to one), the story goes something like this:

The Makah found out there was a whale entrapped in some buoys about a mile outside of Neah Bay. Whalers asked the elders for permission to get the entrapped whale and received it. Five folks went out (three of the original whalers), harpooned and shot the whale. Before they could finish the creature off, the Coast Guard stopped and detained the whalers and later returned them to their folks. They are probably gonna be charged with something...AND THE WHALE GETS TO GO TO WASTE! Americans. So wasteful! Truly, the Makah have EVERY legal right to do this. It's part of their treaty, and to arrest and try these folks would be a violation of article 6, section 2 of that worthless piece of paper known as the U.S. constitution.

I'm sure as the ultra holy vegan whale Lovers awaken, they will be talking hard about how evil this darky race of Makah's are. And still, these folks who claim to be "speciesist" but are really RACIST will be talking of even killing Makah because, like posted previously, they think of themselves as gods ABOVE gods by simple act of dietary choice. Some, like the highly praised attempted murderer, Josh Harper (he was trying to kill darkies so that doesn't really count as murder), will probably even head up to that area and try to off a couple of darkies. But that's OK, because they are really speciesist.

Undoubtedly that god above gods, Paul Watson, will be spitting out racist drivel as well.

And the whale will be allowed to rot, or thrown into the trash.

Pentagon "Three-Day Blitz" Plan for Iran

The Pentagon has drawn up plans for massive airstrikes against 1,200 targets in Iran, designed to annihilate the Iranians' military capability in three days, according to a national security expert.

Alexis Debat, director of terrorism and national security at the Nixon Center, said last week that US military planners were not preparing for "pinprick strikes" against Iran's nuclear facilities. "They're about taking out the entire Iranian military," he said.

Debat was speaking at a meeting organised by The National Interest, a conservative foreign policy journal. He told The Sunday Times that the US military had concluded: "Whether you go for pinprick strikes or all-out military action, the reaction from the Iranians will be the same." It was, he added, a "very legitimate strategic calculus".

President George Bush intensified the rhetoric against Iran last week, accusing Tehran of putting the Middle East "under the shadow of a nuclear holocaust". He warned that the US and its allies would confront Iran "before it is too late".

As much as people would love to live in denial about the genocidal attack about to happen in Iran by the Genocidal Duo, Dick and George, we just can't. Example: George recently went on a photo op in Baghdad. There has been insinuation of a troop withdrawal. When George does these types of things, his ACTIONS are always the opposite. THERE WILL BE NO TROOP WITHDRAWAL IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM AS LONG AS KING GEORGE IS IN POWER! This was probably done for several reasons. Calm the populace for what is turning into an unpopular war. Calm the troops and give them hope. Buying time in order to reposition the troops for a ground attack on Iran because they aren't going to want that bombing to be an end all and be all. They can't steal Iran's resources with bombs. They can only steal them with an occupation.

I could be wrong. I hope I'm wrong. But if I was a strategist, I would definitely believe this to be the most likely outcome following the consistent patterns of this administration.

My friend Jim Craven and I used this same analysis in 2000 when George stole the election. We predicted, using the consistent patterns of the state and other organizations that, in 2004 it would be George Bush vs. John Kerry. Bonesman vs. Bonesman. We predicted that Kerry would waffle. Why? Because that would be his job as fellow Bonesman to his cousin George. Kerry also wanted to keep George in power, though not coming forth and admitting as such.

B-52 Mistakenly Flies with Nukes Aboard

A B-52 bomber mistakenly loaded with five nuclear warheads flew from Minot Air Force Base, N.D, to Barksdale Air Force Base, La., on Aug. 30, resulting in an Air Force-wide investigation, according to three officers who asked not to be identified because they were not authorized to discuss the incident.

The B-52 was loaded with Advanced Cruise Missiles, part of a Defense Department effort to decommission 400 of the ACMs. But the nuclear warheads should have been removed at Minot before being transported to Barksdale, the officers said. The missiles were mounted onto the pylons of the bomber’s wings.

Advanced Cruise Missiles carry a W80-1 warhead with a yield of 5 to 150 kilotons and are specifically designed for delivery by B-52 strategic bombers.

Last night I had dreams that I was watching thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of people dying. I couldn't really see them, but I was bearing witness in some sort of odd surrealism as dreams can sometimes be. I would wake up and fall asleep and have the same dream many times over of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of people dying before my eyes. I, oddly...sadly...was safe.

And then, driving around today, I heard the following headline in Democracy Now being broadcast from KBOO:

Meanwhile the Sunday Times of London has reported the Pentagon has drawn up plans for massive air strikes against twelve hundred targets in Iran, designed to annihilate the Iranians' military capability in three days. The main source of the article was an official at another conservative Washington think tank – the Nixon Center.

I have tried for at least the last 12 years to try and get folks to take action, Revolution, if you will, and wrest this government from the useless ultra elite fucks who have proclaimed their human selves the status of gods and deciding who and what gets to live and die. Gods

According to Paul Watson of the Sea Shepherd Society, someone has "scuttled" a Norwegian whaler. I learned this thing from a friend of mine called, "triangulation." That means in order to understand a story, you get several perspective from different sources. Not so oddly, all the other sources I could find besides on the Sea Shepherd website GOT the story from the Sea Shepherd website.

A few years back, a couple of the crew (whom you never hear from, you only hear Paul Watson speak. What the fuck is up with that? Media manipulation?) of the Sea Shepherd got lost on the fog in a dinghy on the ocean out to harass I believe a Japanese whaler. It was icy fog, if I remember the story correctly. The whaler, according to other news sources other than Paul Watson, helped in searching for the two lost crew members, found them, and returned them safely home to their keeper, the great god, Paul Watson.

Paul's story goes something like this. The two crew members successfully found the whaling ship in the icy fog. The climbed aboard the ship, waved their manly sized penis' around at the crew who were so terrified at the size of their manly members that they stayed below deck. After the crew members manly penis' got too cold, they stuffed them back into their wet suits, got back in their dinghy, and got successfully back to the Sea Shepherd boat.

Paul is a megalomaniac. If you've heard this useless human speak, you will realize that ALL of his stories are not about whales, they are stories that aggrandize the great Paul Watson. His stories about being a medic at Wounded Knee in '73 have been proven to be lies. The name he alleges to have received, "Greywolf Clearwater," too, has been proven to be a lie. The man is not known for telling the truth, but he is known for aggrandizing himself. He doesn't really give a shit about the whales, unless they can provide some sort of metaphorical photo op to show the greatness of the great...Paul Watson.

I am currently reading the book, "Ishmael" by Daniel Quinn.

In this book, the main character is getting educated by a gorilla. The gorilla tells the main character that, mythologically speaking, man ate from the tree of knowledge, whose fruit gave the gods the knowledge of life and death. Man, the taker type men, give themselves the power of "gods." They give themselves the power to say who lives and dies.

Paul Watson says, humans deserve to die, whales deserve to live. He has given himself the power of the gods, and many folks worship this useless human being like he is a god, and he eats it up with his megalomaniacal spoon. Good work if useless pieces of shit can find it.

But Paul doesn't talk about global warming, lack of ocean style whale chow and starving whales being washed up on shores all over the world. He doesn't talk about environmental pollutions that they whales are forced to live in. He does ally with right wing republican anti-environmental politicians (Slade Gorton and Jack Metcalf) in his racist campaign against the Makah.

Vegans...GODDAMN! I hate you fucking vegans. Vegans, too, have given themselves the power of the gods. By simple act of diet, like eating the fruit from the tree of knowledge, they get to decide who lives and who dies. This also feeds into their hardcore institutional racism, but that form of racism is OK, because, you fucking worthless vegan fucks have given yourself the power of life and death. Sales Friendly...

Today while making deliveries between 5 and 6am at Bridgeport Plaza in Lake Oswego, I saw some news folks out in the middle of the parking lot for news channel 8 (there's an oxymoron for ya). There ain't nothin' newsworthy in the middle of a mini-mall parking lot at 5am. So, I drove over there after making my deliveries and asked what they were doing considering there wasn't anything newsworthy in a parking lot at this time of morning. They were doing a story on the "smart car."

"Smart Car? Is that like a Smart Bomb?"

"Yeah.." one of them said, kinda confused.

I asked about taking pictures, and I did. If you don't see them on this post yet, you will soon.

I just went to the KGW website and found the story with some obnoxious dude being the reporter. I didn't meet the obnoxious dude, just the lady selling the thing and some other dude. The fucking story is 10 minutes 45 seconds long.

THIS ISN'T NEWS! IT'S FREE ADVERTISING!

Let me tell you what I know about this type of news. It isn't. It is advertising.

I believe it was Normon Solomon that I learned this from: The local news is in the pockets of the local car dealerships. News is sponsored mostly by car dealerships, and if they want to keep those advertising dollars coming in, they have to give the dealerships what is called "a sales friendly news environment." Any accidental news that may get in between the advertising is just filler between ads. The rest is free advertising disguised as news.

I quit watching alleged news when I saw a 5 minute plus in depth report on hammers. That was about 10 years ago.

No impending war with Iran. No people dying because of alleged health insurance. No environmental damages from local polluters. No rampant spousal abuse. No corruption in government. Cold, Soulless Eyes

Victims of the Conquistadors used to comment most on the cold, soulless eyes of their genocidal pursuers. I couldn't quite find the photo I was looking for of "Genocidal" Norman Schwarzkopf, but this one is close. The one I was looking for was an interview with him on September 13, 2001. His eyes said he was ready to murder millions and millions of people for the twin towers. (note: You all did know that 6 of the alleged terrorists were found still alive in Saudi Arabia, right?). And of course, you all know how I Love mentioning that he wanted to murder every Iraqi within the borders of Iraq.

Aboriginal assets to be seized, then rented back for profit

Darwin insider Henri Ivrey writes:

In moves seemingly impossible to reconcile with the protection of Aboriginal children on remote towns and communities in the Northern Territory, a document has come into the hands of Crikey that presages a federal government takeover of millions of dollars worth of assets owned by Aboriginal organisations.

At least Ned Kelly stole from the rich. Mal Brough is taking from the poor to establish a government-controlled property trust, from which he will then rent back to the dispossessed.

Organisational assets above the value of $400,000 are to be compulsorily acquired by Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) and transferred to a new entity, the Indigenous Economic Development Trust (IEDT), and then rented back at commercial rates to the same organisations from which the asset has been taken from.

In some cases this will make those organisations commercially unviable, leading to financial collapse and loss of Aboriginal jobs. Every reason for Aboriginal organisations for acquiring property as part of engaging with capitalism has been thrown out in favour of a centrally controlled government bureaucracy.

This is not about Aboriginal land in places like Arnhem Land: assets will be compulsorily stripped from Aboriginal organisations owning land and property up and down the Stuart Highway—Darwin, Katherine, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs—no matter how well run, no matter what the level of services provided, no matter what those assets are being used for.

The early targets appear to be urban-based Community Development Employment Programs (CDEP). In a letter to these CDEP projects in towns and cities up the Stuart Highway, IBA’s "national manager business funding", Kim McIlveen is keen to introduce "new products and services that your CDEP organisation might qualify for".

One of these "new products" is "establishing an Indigenous Economic Development Trust, through which assets will be leased to Aboriginal businesses".

And he is cheerfully offering a helping hand.

"IBA staff and contracted service providers will be visiting each CDEP over the next few months to provide more information and invite you to discuss your business needs."

The sheer effrontery of it is extraordinary. The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), in at least one instance, will be "resuming" an asset from an Aboriginal business which is being offered back for commercial rental to the very Aboriginal business from which it was compulsorily taken.

In many cases the assets have been built up over many years—in some cases decades. Some are jointly-owned assets. Some are leased to groups such as health services; some provide low cost housing. Some are funded through a combination of commercial income, commercial bank loans, soft government loans and government grants.

The latter factor seems to be the key. Any Aboriginal organisation that directly or indirectly received federal government assistance to acquire or pay off an asset—even in small part—now faces compulsory seizure of the entire asset.

Potentially, property and other commercial assets that are earning an income, and employing Aboriginal people, will be summarily resumed by a federal bureaucracy. At least one CDEP seems destined to relinquish the property it purchased, then lease it back from the IEDT.

And the amount of this Stuart Highway robbery could run into many millions of dollars if this principle is extended. In Darwin assets owned by Larrakia Nation and its business arm, along with the Aboriginal Development Foundation and Danila Dilba Health Service, face compulsory asset removal.

In Katherine the Jawoyn Association faces property losses as well as potential loss of assets in the tourist industry in the millions. Tennant Creek’s Julalikari Council owns low cost housing valued at more than $2 million as well as other properties.

In Alice Springs properties potentially being seized are owned by the Institute for Aboriginal Development, Tangentyere Council, Arrernte Council and Health Congress. Assets in all of these towns owned by the Northern and Central land councils could also face resumption by the feds.

John Howard visited the Aboriginal town of Ntaria (Hermannsburg) Tuesday this week.

"We have a simple aim," he told the locals, "and that is whilst respecting a special place of Indigenous people in the history and the life of this country, their future can only be as part of the mainstream of the Australian community.

"But unless they can get a share of the bounty of this great and prosperous country, their future will be bleak."

One can only assume the "special place of Indigenous people in the history and the life of this country" is something to do with continuously re-enacting those bits where land and property are stolen from them. Hard to work out where the "share of the bounty" comes in.
