The snow brings out the goofy in people. For example, you'll see folks whipping out their digital cameras and taking pictures of the stuff.
While waiting at a restaurant near the Capitol Hwy. and Barbur intersection, I took these photos while at work. Jordan and I, my trainee, watched this one lady drag three garbage bags weaving back and forth. Then when she dumped them, she weaved again back and forth all the way back. IT WAS SO CUTE!
Snow...it makes people goofy. Then they take photos of the stuff with their digital cameras.
