The March March, 2008, Portland, Oregon Pt. 1

Not feeling well, I almost didn't go to the march. Once there, I almost didn't stay.

But I persevered along with the rest.

Tom Hastings was handing out literature, saw me, withdrew his offer, and quickly moved on. For some sick reason (indimidation, maybe?), Peter Beregel stood beside me for a while. He didn't say a word. I didn't budge except at one point to get a better view of the musicians.

The Cops were cool this time, and I can tell folks want change and a few discussed with me the mass changes coming soon.

And off we went, through rain and hail at times. One older fella, when it started hailing, started yelling, "HAIL NO! WE WON'T GO!"

All in all a good event, and seeing all the people who want peace and not glory for themselves through peace, I was pretty happy at the goinz on.
