Chavez Loses Vote

As much as I like Chavez, I sure didn't like the sound of the vote that happened yesterday. Chavez conceded defeat on the issues he brought forth including his bid to run for office indefinitely. [click on the photo to read the English Al Jazeera article]. His speeches on the subject had a "you're either for us or against us" insinuation to them. However, there were a lot of good things in his attempt at constitutional changes as well, which is what I believe he had hoped would get those on the fence to vote for the plan.

He is still popular, he is still one of a small group who is willing to stand up to the dictators, King Dick and co-King George. Many blessings to you and the people of Venezuela, Hugo.
