Ward Churchill Fired

Thank you, Pete, for making me aware of this. Ward Churchill has been fired from Colorado State. See Democracy Now for an interview.

This is a good example of killing the messenger (or at least an attempt). Ward is a scholar. His works like "A Little Matter of Genocide" are absolutely amazing if not overly academic (I couldn't read all of the footnotes). Ward is very articulate, concise, and factual in his struggle against the genocidal U.S. government. He is an excellent informational source that can also inform you on the tactics of the worlds last super power to protect it's elite (I'll make a quote at the end of this).

Because of this, in my opinion, it was up to the state to find a way to silence his voice (like firing will shut this guy up). However, they still don't even speak out about Madeline Albright's complicity in the genocide of the Iraqi people, specifically, stating that it was an acceptable loss to murder 500,000 iraqi children under the age of 5. Democrats...just as genocidal as republicans.

So the state trumped up charges because Ward called the suits in the "two towers" "little Eichmans." The folks in the suits (not the janitors, etc.) made decisions that killed thousands and created great suffering for millions in order to amass wealth for the ultra elite. Ward wrote the essay for Dark Knight Field Notes as the "two towers" were falling.

Bill O'Reilly read it and made an attack. This helped brave up the state and college to attack him. It braved up Ward's fellow Indians who attacked him (who needs white men when Indians kill each other much better). This is a classic kill the messnger, but they can't actually murder him, nor can they destroy the message.

The message is this. David Lesar is a genocidal maniac. So is the whole U.S. governmental alleged system. At best it is a plutocracy, but in all honesty, if you haven't noticed, this is now a kingdom. In order for plutocracies and kingdom's to be maintained, lots of people have to suffer, be killed, etc. Genocides have to happen, raping women and children has to happen. Many forms of oppression has to happen. And the U.S. government is excellent at these things.

So...here's the quote I promised. A friend of mine told me his mother always told him this, and I am probably paraphrasing: "In the battle against good and evil, evil will almost always win. The reason is evil will stop at nothing to get what it wants. You will, because there is only so much you will do."

David Lesar, CEO of Halliburton, evil genocidal maniac to chickenshit to do his own killing.

Ward Churchill, hardcore academic and activist who has on occasion put his body on the line for his beliefs.
