Ouch that hurts! Boy that's disappointing! Armageddon!

I hurt myself today. I believe I tore my rotator cuff while hauling my fat ass into my truck. A repeated upward stress on the arm, basically, a repeated stress injury. It doesn't hurt so bad now, but when I place it in certain positions...OUCH!

Thus, I have disappointed my daughter, Felicia, by not going to visit.
